The Disabled Surfers Association of the Sunshine Coast is a volunteer organisation who’s sole purpose is to offer the experience of surfing to individuals who live with some presence of a disability.
Much of the Sunshine Coast Population are fortunate enough to experience time in the ocean every month, week, or even every day. However some of us need a bit of extra assistance to make this happen.
Our next three events are
• Sat 31 Oct 2015 @ Ballinger Beach (Buderim St Caloundra)
• Sat 28 Nov 2015 @ Maroochydore Beach (In front of the SLSC)
• Sat 19 March 2016 @ Noosa Main Beach (First Groyne, Northern end of Hastings St)
If you or someone you know would like to come along and try surfing in a safe and supported environment then please come along!
WE WOULD LOVE AS MANY VOLUNTEER HELPERS TO ALSO JOIN OUR EVENTS TO MAKE THEM AS FUN AND SAFE AS POSSIBLE FOR OUR SURFERS! ANYONE CAN COME AND HELP OUT.
